Proper marbling ensures that the fat is evenly and gently distributed throughout the meat, which translates into a consistent structure, exceptional juiciness and intense taste. In addition, Angus beef is characterized by a lower level of saturated fat, and at the same time is a rich source of amino acids, vitamin and minerals. During heat treatment, shrinks less, which confirms its high value. This composition fits perfectly into the assumptions of LabraDog Superfood, providing full-fledged nutrition.
