• Sweet Potatoes: According to the U.S. Office of Potatoes CSPI health is one of the most nutritious vegetables due to its valuable fiber and high content of beta-carotene and vitamin E.
• Blackberries: Berries contain a particularly high amount of magnesium and iron. Blackberries also beat their native relatives with the content of provitamin A and vitamin E.
• Chokeberry berries: Chokeberry contains large amounts of plant compounds that are said to have specific health benefits, such as flavonoids and phenolic acid.
