How to compose a meal? (Dietary recommendations)

In order for your pet’s diet to be fully balanced, we recommend combining meat with: ➡ Vegetables and fruit – e.g. blended carrots, pumpkin, apple. ➡ Fish or flaxseed oil – an excellent source of Omega-3 and Omega-6 acids for healthy skin and coat.

DOSAGE – SIMPLE AND TRANSPARENT

The correct amount of food depends on the age, weight and activity of the dog. Remember to always thaw the meat and serve at room temperature.

Dog with normal activity (Young/Adult)

We use 2 to 3% of our body weight per day.

• Dog 20 kg ➡ 400 – 600 g meat
• Dog 30 kg ➡ 600 – 900 g meat

Sports dog / working

We use 4% to 5% of body weight per day (or more).

• Dog 25 kg ➡ 1 kg – 1,25 kg meat
• Dog 30 kg ➡ 1,2 kg – 1,5 kg meat

We care about freshness. We use solutions that work at any time of the year – also in hot summer.

➡ Logistics minimum: Minimum order quantity is 10 kg. Such a mass of goods (so-called. thermal mass) allows you to maintain a sufficiently low temperature inside the package.

➡ Packing technology: Solid cardboard with styrofoam insulation. In summer, we add a thicker layer of polystyrene and thermal foil.

➡ Schedule: Orders are shipped Monday to Thursday.

➡ Delivery time: Usually 1-2 working days from the moment of departure from stock. Orders placed by 12:00 we try to ship the same day!

What to do when the meat arrives partially thawed?

Although we make every effort, in extreme cases (courier delays in summer) the product may slightly defrost. Don’t worry – this is a fresh product that you can still use!

⚪ Light thawing: You can give directly to your pet immediately after delivery.

⚪ Average thawing: Store in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours and use in subsequent meals.

⚪ Strong thawing: If the batch has thawed more – cook the meat, then freeze again. After heat treatment, it is completely safe.
