For the sake of the highest quality and safety of your package, frozen food is sent from Monday to Wednesday until 12:00.

Orders placed by 12:00 we try to ship the same day so that they arrive to you in perfect condition.

After 12:00, shipments are made on the next business day (Monday-Wednesday).

Exceptions may occur in the pre-Christmas periods or increased courier traffic – however, we always make sure that your order arrives as soon as possible and in excellent condition!

🌡 What to do if the package partially defrosts?

Don’t worry – our food is fresh, natural and produced on a regular basis!

In case of courier delays, use one of the following methods:

• ⚪ Small amount: thawed cubes immediately give to your pet
• ⚪ Average quantity: store in the refrigerator (2 to 4 days) and successively serve
• ⚪ Larger quantity: gently cook, cool, refreeze and use as needed

👉 Don’t throw away the karma! Even after partial thawing, it is completely safe and retains its nutritional value.
