The size of the bed must be adapted to the size of the pet. Before buying, measure your dog - from the head to the base of the tail (not quite the tail). The bed should be larger by at least 20cm - this will allow the dog freedom of movement during sleep and rest.
For a puppy it is best to buy a small or medium bed (depending on the breed) and replace it with a larger one over time. Too much bedding can make your pet not feel safe in it.
