PREMIUM PES synthetic leather on 10 mm foam – professional material for truck mats

We present the highest variant of synthetic leather smooth Premium class, integrated with thick, 1-centimeter high density foam. It is a material created for the most demanding interior designs of trucks, where prestige, durability and a perfect finish “smooth” count.

What makes this synthetic leather “Premium”?

Unlike standard materials, the Premium version is distinguished by unique technical parameters:

• Increased abrasion class (Martindale test): Our premium synthetic leather withstands much more friction cycles than a standard skaj. It is resistant to heavy use in work shoes, does not peel and does not rub for years.
• Nappa / Natural Look Structure: The surface has a delicate, noble structure that is visually and to the touch almost indistinguishable from high-quality natural leather. It is matte, deep and has no “plastic” sheen.
• HR foam (High Resilience): The 10 mm foam used is a highly flexible material. It does not “beat” under the weight of the legs, quickly returns to its original shape and retains its fleshyness throughout its life.
• UV and temperature resistance: A special protective coating ensures that the material does not fade from the sun (key for large glazing in TIR cabins) and remains flexible even in sulphurous frosts.
• Reinforced bottom (Technical laminate): From the bottom, the material is finished with a thick, stabilizing knit that prevents the material from stretching and ensures that the rugs will hold their form perfectly for years to come.
