🍎 Juicer 8 l – instructions for use

1 Prepare fruits or vegetables

Wash all ingredients thoroughly. Cut larger fruits into smaller parts, and if necessary remove pits, stalks, tails and hard fragments.

2 Fill the bottom pot with water

Pour the right amount of water into the lowest dish. During heating, the resulting water vapor will penetrate the fruit and gradually extract juice from it.

3 Place the fruit in the top container

Put the prepared fruits or vegetables into the upper pot with holes. Do not fill it above the acceptable level so that steam can flow freely between ingredients.

4 Correctly fold the juicer

Set all items in the following order:

• at the bottom – a pot of water,
• in the middle – a container for collecting juice,
• at the top – perforated container for fruit,
• Finally, the glass cover.

Once assembled correctly, set the juicer on the stove and start heating.

5 Heat and control the process

Under the influence of hot steam, the fruit will begin to gradually release juice, which will flow into the middle vessel. The preparation time depends on the type, hardness, maturity and amount of ingredients used.

During operation, regularly check the water level in the lower pot and do not allow it to boil completely.

6 Drain the juice through the hose

When the right amount of juice is accumulated in the middle dish, place the tip of the silicone hose in the prepared bottle or jar. Then carefully release the clamp and pour the juice without having to break down the hot juicer.

7 Fill and close prepared containers

Pour the hot juice directly into clean, evaporated and heat-resistant bottles or jars. Close the containers tightly according to the selected method of preparation.

Take special care – the juice, hose and metal elements of the juicer can be very hot.

8 Wash the juicer after use

After completing the work, turn off the stove and leave all the elements to cool completely. Then remove the fruit residue, thoroughly wash the pots, lid, hose and clamp and dry them carefully.
