Protective cover for folding garden chair

Membrane, waterproof and at the same time vapor-permeable cover to protect the folding garden chair stored outside from the adverse effects of the environment. The cover is designed for one folded garden chair. Weather-resistant cover made entirely of high-permeable membrane. Waterproof even in heavy rain and at the same time vapor-permeable, wicking moisture away from the cover. Protects the chair from rain, snow, frost and sunlight (harmful UV) and pollution such as dust, bird droppings and tree juices. It reduces corrosion and aging of plastic or wood elements, protects against fading and tarnishing of varnish and chrome elements. Easy to put on and take off. Additional fasteners protect against breaking the cover by the wind. Also suitable for indoor use.

The cover is made entirely of 4-layer material, which is thick, strong and durable. The cover protects the chairs from the harmful effects of the environment.

Below is a report on the vapour permeability tests of the membrane from which we produce Optimal Garage covers. The test was performed in an independent testing laboratory.

The vapor permeability with a result of 329 means that 329g of water vapour penetrated through a square meter of the KB Textil 400 gray membrane within 24 hours at a temperature of approx. 20 degrees Celsius. Waterproofness with a score of 487 means that the KB Textil 400 gray membrane wet only at a water column height of 487 cm (i.e. 4870 mm), i.e. the membrane is completely waterproof even during heavy and prolonged rain.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PUTTING ON THE COVER

On the folded chair, put the cover on the side with ash-colored seams on the outside, and then attach the cover to the legs of the chair with “velcro” tapes sewn into the lower, inner side of the cover. Do not use the cover when transporting the chair on the outdoor luggage racks of external vehicles.

The durability of covers-plandek is determined by their resistance to solar radiation (UV), high temperatures, rain, frost, snow and natural dirt. Our specialists have developed effective methods for testing the resistance of materials to external conditions on the basis of their own long-term environmental tests and the PN-EN ISO 4892-3 test standard. In the Atlas UVtest aging chamber from the USA, every supply of materials from which Kegel-Błażusiak tarpaulin covers are produced is thoroughly examined. Thanks to quality control of materials and long-term environmental tests, we guarantee our customers several years of durability of our covers-plandek even under intensive use.
