Badger Outdoor folding sapper designed on the model of tools used in the US armed forces and other NATO branches. The sapper's design combines elements of aluminum and steel, which creates a lightweight and durable tool at the same time. With its small size, it is perfect for camping, off-road expeditions, metal detector exploration, or as a snow shovel kept in the trunk for safety.

The solid blade is made of hardened steel type 65 Mn (42-46 HRC). The handle is made of tempered aluminium 6061 (46-49 HRC), with walls 1,5 mm thick and 25 mm in diameter. The handle features a steel insert and a stainless steel spring, making opening quick and easy.

The functional locking mechanism allows you to lock the sapper in a semi-closed position, which allows it to be used as a pickaxe or hoe. The handle is equipped with an aluminum locking ring, with a steel partition inside to protect against contamination. The sharp edges of the blade make it easy to dig in hard or frozen ground, in addition, they are equipped with a saw.

The set includes an EVA copolymer cover, fastened with snaps, which allows you to safely transport and easily adjust the sapper to your belt, backpack or other equipment. Useful if needed.
