Starter 640 is a transformer rectifier for charging 12 and 24 volt acid batteries.

It allows you to start passenger cars with gasoline and diesel engines (including vans, trucks and tractors).

The switch has 6 charging ranges and in some models an additional start-up stage (pictogram on the left from “0”). Levels 1-3 can be started without a timer, while levels 4-6 require a time setting to run.

In addition, a darkened bar in these ranges means charging in BOOST mode.

NOTE! Without the TIMER on, the rectifier will not turn itself off! Then the user must ensure and complete the loading.

The time function can be turned on by setting the switch in the correct position. Charging time can be set from 1÷60min. When the switch returns to the “0” degree, then the rectifier will complete the charging process, regardless of the degree of charge of the battery.
