Important usage and health and safety tips — Read before work

The product is made of advanced PETG plastic with 3D printing technology. In order for the tool to serve you flawlessly for many years, follow the manufacturer’s recommendations below:

• Working exclusively with the copy ring: The template is optimized for running a milling machine equipped with a copy ring.
• Warning against bearing cutters: The use of cutters with a traditional thrust bearing directly on the material is strictly discouraged. Stopping the bearing during the operation of the milling machine means that the bearing can generate enormous friction and high temperature, which will irreversibly melt the plastic guide edge.
• Dimensional note: The dimensions given (200, 170, 150, 125, 110 mm) are the actual internal diameters of the template/inserts. The final diameter of the cut hole depends on the configuration of the size of your copy ring and the working diameter of the cutter itself.
• Health and safety rules: A spindle milling machine is a tool with very high revs. When working, absolutely use safety glasses and a dust mask.
