The TRANSCEND MTE250S is a high-performance 1TB M.2 2280 SSD that uses PCIe 4.0 x4 interface and NVMe 1.4 protocol. It provides sequential reads up to 7200 MB/s and sequential writes up to 6200 MB/s, which significantly speeds up system startup, application loading and transfer of large files.
The carrier is based on 3D TLC memory with 8-channel controller and DRAM cache. It supports LDPC error correction, advanced garbage collection mechanisms and S.M.A.R.T. monitoring. Random performance reaches 530000 IOPS for 4KB read and 420000 IOPS for 4KB write. TBW is 780 TB and MTBF is 3 000 000 hours.
The M.2 2280 (double-sided) mould with graphene heat sink ensures effective thermal management during intensive work.
