The top of the Oslo mattress is a three-centimeter perforated layer of latex foam 65 kg/m3. Latex contains 20% natural rubber milk. Latex foam of this density creates ideal conditions for physiological arrangement of joints, a also blocks the development of dangerous allergens, such as mites, dust, bacteria.

The core of the mattress are seven-zone pocket springs, which easily adapt to the anatomical curves of the spine. The spring form used by us provides prophylaxis of developmental defects of the motor system (muscle-bone).

The springs are reinforced on both sides with flizelin, so that under pressure they do not move (this is a common process in low-quality mattresses). Thanks to this construction, the sounds of the bending spring have been completely muffled, which is why the night change of position is noiseless. The spring insert is covered with thermally hardened felt with a high weight of 400g/m2 (the strongest felt used in premium mattresses).

The sides and bottom of the mattress are polyurethane foam T-35/50. As a result of the increased density of foam - 35 kg / m3, the mattress achieves a high service life and comfort, and the foam itself supports the process of rehabilitation of posture defects. Felt is superior to vulcanized coconut mat with a very high weight of 1200g/m2. The mat is additionally latex and needled, thanks to which mattress does not deform after a long period of use and prevents the formation of pressure ulcers. Non-allergenic water glue created on the basis of the Heat Protect technology was used for the production of the mattress.
