The mattress is shipped rolled and vacuum packed – this guarantees cleanliness and safety of transport.

Here’s how to prepare it for use:

Open the package carefully – do not use the knife deeply so as not to damage the cover.

Unroll the mattress and place on a flat surface.

Wait, okay. 24 to 48 hours until the mattress fully regains its shape and volume.

After just a few hours, it will be ready for the first night, but it gets full comfort after a full time of expansion.
