Usage

Simply pour the necessary amount of nutritional supplement, protein powder, creatine powder or pre-workout pump inside. Then add water, milk or fruit juice, close well and stir until the powder is dissolved. Thanks to the strainer inside, the powder dissolves faster so after a few seconds you can drink your favorite drink. Do not use for hot and boiling beverages, but only for cold beverages with temperatures from 20 to 90 ºC.

After use, simply rinse it with warm water and let it dry. Not suitable for dishwashers.
