TOURNAMENT AGS SPINNING

Thanks to the use of SVF carbon fiber, X45 construction and Nanoplus technology, we were able to develop incredibly light and fast Tournament AGS rod blanks, which after casting quickly return to the starting position! The spigot connection in V-Joint technology enables the design of particularly slim blanks with a much better deflection curve and increased elasticity – in particular within the connections between the two parts. The X45 design improves the compression of the blank and makes the entire rod even more resistant to deformation – the result is more accurate casts and less risk of fractures! Tournament AGS spinning rods have exceptional sensitivity – extremely light and resistant to deformation AGS guides made of carbon fiber transmit even the slightest movement, contact with bait, bottom or fish immediately to the blank. The DAIWA patented rod handle sections with a casting weight of 14g, 28g and 42g are made of carbon fiber and transfer every movement of the blank directly to the forearm, thus opening up a whole new dimension of bait control. Lightweight AGS guides combined with a carbon fiber handle have a huge impact on the unique action and balance of the blanks – the result is an ideal symbiosis of the technology used in high power and sensitivity.

Tournament AGS rods with a casting weight of 14-42g are the perfect rods for fishing with soft baits. They are perfect for catching zander, pike, and large perch. Super strong and fast blanks allow aggressive bait handling even over long distances and provide an immediate bite feel and a strong jam. The action of these blanks is also ideal for using wobblers and twitchbaits! The rods with a casting weight of 28-84g are designed for heavy spinning pikes and zanders with large lures and are equipped with a split handle made of EVA foam. EVA foam in the handle section improves the balance of the stick and guarantees perfect handling and provides high comfort during the lobby of even specimen fish!
