Recommended intake / method of preparation:

Dissolve a single serving of the preparation – 30 g (1,5 scoops) in 200 ml of water or milk, using a shaker or mixer.

Use 3 servings per day.

On training days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion up to 1,5 hours. after training and III portion before bedtime.

On non-workout days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion between meals and III portion before bedtime.
