The product contains soya. May contain traces of milk, milk proteins, lactose, peanuts, nuts, sesame seeds, eggs, cereals containing gluten and fish.

The product serves as a complementary source of protein, especially for athletes. It is recommended to consume immediately after training. To prepare 1 serving, mix 30 g (1 scoop) of the product with 400 ml of still water. The portion should be thoroughly mixed with a shaker.

Recommended daily dosage: use 1-3 servings per day as needed.
