How to use? (Instructions and safety rules)
For best results and safety, follow these rules:
- Assembly: Before putting the disc on, make sure that the grinder is disconnected from the power supply. Mount the disc with the lamella facing outwards.
- Angle of work: Thanks to the shape of T29 (convex), you will get the best results by guiding the disc at an angle of 15°–25° relative to the surface being processed. This allows for optimal use of the surface of the leaves.
- Disc: Do not press the disc too hard against the material. Allow electrocorundum grains to work – excessive pressure causes overheating of the material and faster wear of the lamella.
- Health and safety: Always use a grinder cover, safety glasses, gloves and hearing protection. Make sure that the rotation speed of the device does not exceed the limit of the disc (12 200 RPM).
- Movement: Guide the grinder in smooth motions without stopping too long in one place to avoid the formation of recesses (especially in wood).
