NOW Foods Liquid D-3 & MK-7 is a mint-flavored liquid supplement that provides a combination of vitamin D-3 and vitamin K-2 (MK-7).
Vitamin D-3, or cholecalciferol, is a natural form of vitamin D that plays a vital role in maintaining bone health, immune system function, and mood regulation. Vitamin K-2 (MK-7) is a form of vitamin K that supports normal calcium metabolism in blood vessels and arteries.
Suggested dosage:
Shake well before use. Take 5 drops daily. Use directly or as an addition to your favorite beverage. It is best to take with a meal containing fats.
Composition:
Vitamin D-3 (as cholecalciferol) (from lanolin) - 62,5 mcg (2500 IU)
Vitamin K-2 (as Menaquinone-7) (MK-7) (MenaQ7®)(from chickpeas) - 100 mcg
Other ingredients: medium chain triglyceride oil (mct), sunflower oil, safflower oil, soy-free vitamin E, peppermint oil and rosemary extract.
It is not made from wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans or sesame seeds.
Manufactured in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
