Relative measurement

The inclinometer allows you to set a plane of any slope as a reference surface. Using this reference surface, you can measure the angle of other planes relative to this plane. The detailed steps are as follows:

• After turning on the inclinometer, place it on the reference surface of the measurement (an angle relative to the horizontal plane will be displayed).
• Press the “Zero” button briefly; the display will change to “00,00°”.
• Place the inclinometer on the surface to be measured or rotate the reference surface by a certain angle. The value displayed on the screen will be an angle relative to the reference surface (in this case 25°).
