JUKI HZL-G220 is a multifunctional, computer-controlled sewing machine that combines the features of a home machine and industrial. It has an easy-to-read LCD display and 180 stitch programs, including the ability to embroider letters.

Preparation of the drum proceeds quickly – the thread is threaded through the guide and there is no need to pull it up, and the automatic threader of the needle thread allows you to easily thread through the eye of the needle, which allows you to quickly start sewing and additionally does not tire your eyes. With one movement, the upper and lower threads are automatically cut simultaneously . This saves time and optimizes thread consumption.

In the HZL-G series models, there is a possibility to set the width of the hole stitching in 8 sizes. This solution is unique and available only in Juki machines. The achieved effect is ideal, regardless of the type of sewn material

Built-in transport system so-called. box feed ensures even, trouble-free feeding of even multi-layered material. The box feed mechanism differs from the conventional mechanism in the movement of transport teeth – in the case of traditional transport, the movement of teeth takes place on an oval, while the box feed transport is rectangular (linear), thanks to which teeth hold the sewn material longer, which guarantees better material movement and the creation of always uniform and solid stitches, eliminates wrinkling and unstable sewing. In the transport mechanism of the HZL-G series machines, the use of a pressure foot with an improved design, thanks to which even heavy jeans materials are moved freely.

LED lighting provides bright light in the needle work area. The LED does not heat up even with long operation.
