🩷Integrated Exclusive Sensor System™

A special sensor system measures and adjusts sewing parameters to the selected technique and material throughout the entire operation of the Viking Epic 980Q machine. The machine itself regulates the presser foot pressure, thread tension and automatically raises and lowers the presser foot taking into account the selected sewing technique. Comfortable work with very large elements, e.g. quilted duvets, provide 4 presser foot positions and automatic lowering of the transport teeth. Thanks to the automated presser foot pressure, this model can handle both very thick and very delicate materials.

🩷Machine with programmed decorative stitches and double transport

The Husqvarna Viking Epic 980Q automatic sewing machine has an optional double transport (lower tooth transport and walking foot). Thanks to this solution, the machine is able to sew many layers of material, as well as very difficult and heavy fabrics such as leather, velour or materials with bristles. The dual transport option can be easily turned on or off. Integrated double transport, makes the stitches precisely made. The Viking home sewing machine has more than 1000 built-in stitches, including the alphabet, decorative stitches and quilting programs. Stitches are assigned to several categories, which allows you to easily and quickly find them. On the color screen, in addition to previewing the selected stitch, the machine displays the appropriate footer and other parameters that should be applied. The spools in this model are 30% larger than in other home sewing machines.

🩷Easy editing of programmed stitches

Stitch taper function - is used to finish stitches by narrowing them at the right angle. It allows for aesthetic finishing and combining wide decorative stitches.

FIX function - automatically binds threads at the end of the stitch and drags them to the left side of the material, thus protecting the stitches from tearing.

Power Stitch - guarantees excellent results when sewing difficult materials of heavy and dense fabrics (electronically controlled needle force ensures that the machine can handle even several layers of material).

Editing and positioning of stitches - programmed stitches can be changed thanks to needle positioning (29 needle positions).

DeLuxe™ stitch system - allows you to get the perfect stitches, the machine itself selects the appropriate thread tension (depending on the chosen sewing technique, thread and fabric), as a result we get the perfect seams (the same on the right and left side of the material). The deLuxe™ stitch system is perfect for sewing with metallic threads.
