The Gritzner 1037 DFT sewing machine has an integrated upper transport of DFT material, thanks to which we sew evenly, without pulling and wrinkling – also when sewing difficult materials, e.g. silk or denim. Sewing is a pleasure! The Gritzner 1037 sewing machine also has an excellent industrial rotary hook , which makes operation very quiet and smooth. It is equipped with 211 stitch programs. We get an automatic needle threader to help, which is a great convenience and invaluable help. The Gritzner 1037 series of machines are heavy, stable machines for the toughest jobs and continuous operation for many hours.

The DFT double transport system ensures perfect sewing of all types of materials from thin and slippery to thick and hard. In addition, the upper transport is synchronized with the lower transport, which is why the movement of fabrics takes place. So there is no annoying pulling, wrinkle when sewing lycra pants or silk blouses – sewing is a pleasure!

Choose from 211 stitch programs

The machine has 211 extremely useful utility and decorative stitches. We have overlock stitches for joining or finishing materials. The set also includes covered stitches, thanks to which we will stitch or roll up the material invisibly from the right side (you can not see the threads). A gamma of special stitches for elastic materials is also very useful, i.e. stitches that stretch with the material and do not cause its wrinkling. In this case, we just need to remember about the use of elastic threads.

Modern vertical magnesium rotary gripper - accuracy and convenience

Thanks to the use of a very modern vertical rotary gripper, the accuracy and precision of the stitches is exceptional. The machine runs quietly and softly. Extremely high work culture and fast sewing speed!

Semi-automatic hole stitching

The hole is made to size of the button without the need to rotate the material. Thanks to this, the density of both sides of the hole is identical.

Hard suitcase as standard

In the basic equipment we get a hard suitcase, which perfectly protects the machine from dust or during transport.

Additional sewing speed adjustment

We can adjust the sewing speed with the switch in the speed controller. Range from 50% - 100%.

Double needle sewing

We can use for sewing double needle with different spacings of 2,5 - 6,0 mm. In this way, we will get a straight double-needle stitch.

Free arm

Thanks to the narrow (free) arm, we can easily repair narrow elements of clothing: sleeve, trouser leg or elements of children's clothing.

Needle positioning

Needle positioning is a useful feature that allows for accurate sewing in difficult places. Especially useful when sewing locks or laminating with tape.

Large space under the foot

Large space under the foot, allows you to sew thicker materials. We have no problem sewing multiple layers. It is very convenient. It is also easier to sew leather or denim. In Pfaff Select machines we have two degrees of foot lift up to a maximum height of 12 mm.

Snap foot attachment

Allows for easy foot replacement. Press the button, the foot falls on the material. Then we put a new foot and lower the lever. The click and foot is ready for sewing.

Convenient knife for cutting thread

In the housing there is a convenient knife for cutting threads. We don't need scissors.

Possibility to turn off teeth

You can turn off (leave) the teeth to sew with other techniques. Especially useful for embroidery or quilting with manual material guidance.

Sewing backwards

The machine has a back sewing function. At the beginning and end of the stitch, press the “sew back” button for a few seconds and tie the stitch, protecting it from tearing.

Simple stitch selection

Quick and easy stitch selection with soft keys. Select the stitch by pressing one or two keys.

Full needle force

The electronically controlled speed controller guarantees a constant and full needle injection force, regardless of the speed at which we sew.
