Simple installation

• The tunnel is designed for self-assembly according to the attached instructions
• When mounting the rack, the components are quickly and easily connected by telescopic screw connections — the pipe is inserted into the pipe.
• No welding is required to install the tunnel.
• Tunnel arches are delivered to the customer in full - during assembly they should only be connected to each other in order to build a greenhouse skeleton
• Polycarbonate is mounted according to the attached instructions by cutting only the front and back of the greenhouse and cover the rest with foil fixing it to the frame with mounting profiles attached to the set

Steel Galvanized Seamless Square Pipe

Please pay attention to the hot galvanized steel and seamless 20x20 mm square pipe from which the frame is made.

• The tunnel set includes twisted T-shaped anchors that connect telescopically to the headbands and gable frames from below.
• These anchors are fully digged into the ground at 20-25 cm.
• Thanks to anchors, the use of foundations is not required

In this greenhouse model, we only use polycarbonate to cover the front and back of the greenhouse.

This solution is designed to make it easier to use and provide a longer service life.

Opening doors and windows can damage the film faster, which is why we use polycarbonate on the fronts.

In order for the tunnel to last as long as possible, the following operating conditions must be performed

• The tunnel is to be fully and tightly dug into the ground for the entire length of anchors to the bottom frame or screwed to a concrete spout or wooden base
• All steel elements of the tunnel and polycarbonate must be precisely and tightly twisted according to the instructions
