The house has a vestibule that provides additional protection against wind and cold on cold days. The vestibule can be pulled out when needed. The vestibule can also be used to store bowls of food away from uninvited guests and the rain and cold.

I have a solid house to offer you, made of dry wood, the boards are joined together with tongue and groove joints like wainscoting. Sanded boards with aesthetically finished corners.

The house is insulated with 3 CM STYROFOAM, all walls, roof and floor throughout, MOST HOUSES HAVE ONLY THE WALLS INSULATED, THE FLOOR AND ROOF ARE NOT INSULATED, and most of the cold comes from the ground, the house has an OSB-3 board on the outside floor, and the roof is also OSB-3 board, which provides some tightness.

The house can be insulated with 5 cm of polystyrene, floor, walls, roof, this is an additional fee, the dimensions of the house inside remain the same as with 3 cm of insulation, the house is larger on the outside.

The house stands on four legs, the floor on the inside is 10 CM high from the ground, 3 CM of polystyrene provides additional insulation in winter and against moisture.

The house has a roof made of OSB-3 board, tight with bituminous felt, it extends beyond the walls on all sides, which provides additional protection of the walls against rain, the roof is hinged for ease of use, so you can easily clean the inside.

It is painted with wood impregnation TWICE, or it can be flamed and painted.

The house can be equipped with a 2 mm thick REFRIGERATION FOIL CURTAIN at the entrance (which remains very flexible even at -35 degrees) which protects the inside of the house from wind, rain and snow, so that your little one has the best possible comfort inside.
