Product Description:
Silver foil labels are ideal for nameplates and information labels glued to stainless steel, glass, painted steel and most plastics.
This type of film is designed for thermal transfer printing using wax-resin and resin tapes. It can also be printed using solvent, water and UV-cured inks.
High quality acrylic adhesive with a thickness of 23µm. It has high adhesive strength and high durability. Designed for standard labels, nameplates and seals. High adhesion to the substrate ensures resistance to cold water, high temperature and UV rays. This adhesive has the property of fast bonding to the substrate, high resistance to peeling and stretching.
Adhesion to the ground:
- Preliminary after 15 minutes: 1500g/mm2
- After 24 hours: 1900g/mm2.
Sticky labels are resistant to water, mild acids, salts and bases, gasoline, motor oils and aliphatic solvents and cleaning products. Minimum application temperature +4°C. Temperature range from -46°C to +135°C. Resistance to external conditions is 2 years in case of proper application.
