Royal Canin S/O LP34 is a complete dietary food for adult cats with urinary tract diseases (struvite/oxalates).
It is recommended to administer feed in case of:
- dissolution of struvite stones
- prevention of recurrence of struvite and oxalate stones using one diet
Contraindications of use:
- Pregnancy, lactation and growth period
- chronic renal failure, metabolic acidosis
- heart failure
- hypertension
- use of urine acidifying agents
Feeding your cat Royal Canin S/O LP34 helps dissolve all struvite stones. It dilutes urine, protecting your cat from the formation of new struvite and oxalate stones. Additionally, it reduces the concentration of ions in the urine that contribute to the formation of struvite and oxalate stones. This food has a reduced level of magnesium, which is one of the components of struvite stones (magnesium-ammonium-phosphate).
Ingredients: rice, wheat gluten* (*L.I.P.: protein selected for its very high assimilation), dehydrated poultry meat, maize flour, animal fats, maize gluten, hydrolysed animal proteins, minerals, vegetable fibres, beet pulp, fish oil, soya oil, fructo-oligosaccharides, hydrolysed crustaceans (source of glucosamine), marigold extract (source of lutein).
