How to use:

• 2 times a day for a maximum of 0,75 ml (15 drops), consume with a small amount of water, at least 15 minutes before a meal. Shake the bottle before measuring the portion.
• It is recommended to start supplementation with liposomal preparations with minimum doses, i.e. 0,1 ml – 0,25 ml (2-5 drops), gradually reaching the maximum doses stated on the label. The period of dose escalation and recovery to the maximum dose should be selected individually, preferably after consultation with a phytotherapist. Elements such as gender, age, body weight, general health, sensitivity to the ingredients of the preparation should be taken into account.
• The preparation can also be consumed after a meal, especially the first morning dose.
