Gluten-free and free of soy and genetically modified ingredients, the NOW Foods complex is a unique combination of glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM, potassium and sodium. It is recommended to take four capsules of the supplement daily, which can be combined with meals.

The product includes, among others:

• Potassium – a key mineral responsible for the transmission of electrical impulses between cells, which is necessary to maintain the functional and resting potential of cell membranes. It helps in the regulation of muscle tone and normal blood pressure, and also plays an important role in the synthesis of amino acids.
• Glucosamine – often supplemented by athletes, especially those exposed to joint damage. It contributes to reducing the rate of destruction of connective tissue, which delays the progression of osteoarthritis.
• Chondroitin – a natural building block of articular cartilage that reduces friction between joints. Often used in combination with glucosamine, it is popular among athletes, in particular runners and weight lifters.
• MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) – a natural sulfur compound present in the human body in the amount of about 0,2 mg per kilogram of body weight. Sulfur is also a component of amino acids such as methionine and cysteine, and plays an important role in joint health.

Ingredients:

Glucosamine hydrochloride, chondroitin sulfate (from bovine cartilage),MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid),manganese (manganese diglycinate), deionized water, vegetable glycerin, sweetener:fructose; natural flavourings, preservative: malic acid; acidity regulator: citric acid; thickener:xanthan gum; preservative: potassium sorbate; colour: natural beta-carotene. Contains allergens: crustaceans (crabs, shrimps, lobsters, crayfish). Natural beta-carotene contains refined soybean oil. It does not contain allergens: wheat, gluten, milk, eggs or fish ingredients. Manufactured in a GMP facility where other components of these allergens may be present.

Recommended daily dose:

2 tablespoons (30 ml). Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Method of consumption:

Take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) 2 times a day. Shake well before use. Cool after opening to preserve the taste.

Storage method:

Contraindications:
