Glucosamine HCl - is part of the structure of articular cartilage, which makes it widely used as a dietary supplement to support joint health, especially for people with joint problems, such as osteoarthritis. It is designed to support the reconstruction and flexibility of articular cartilage and improve joint mobility.
chondroitin sulfate - is one of the main components of cartilage and plays a key role in maintaining its elasticity and joint health.
MSM - is an organic compound containing sulfur that supports joint health, reduces inflammation and relieves pain.
Suggested dosage:
Shake well before use.
Take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) twice a day.
Once opened, store in the refrigerator to preserve flavor.
