Optimum No Rinse™ Wash & Shine Version 6 (known as ONR) is an original, flushless vehicle cleaner. ONR was invented by Optimum CEO and chemist Dr. David Ghodoussi in 2005 as a faster, safer and easier way to wash all kinds of vehicles. The ONR formula has been refined five times over the last 20 years. Now, in Version 6, ONR is an even more slippery and shiny agent, providing even better results and comfort when washing.

What is ONR?

ONR is the so-called rinseless wash – flushless vehicle cleaner. It allows you to wash your car without using a hose or pressure washer – less than 8 liters of water is enough. The car can be washed practically anywhere, even without access to running water – you only need a bucket, sponge (e.g. Optimum Big Red Sponge) or glove and microfiber towel.

ONR is safer and more effective than traditional car shampoos and is suitable for cleaning both interior and bodywork.

How is ONR different from other rinse-free cleaners?

There are two types of such products on the market: polymer-based and surfactant-based.

ONR is the only polymer product that:

• surrounds and isolates dirt particles
• rinses them out of sponge/glove
• embeds them at the bottom of the bucket

This ensures that you always wash with a clean solution. Surfactant-based agents suspend dirt in the water, causing the solution to get dirty and can cause scratches.

ONR leaves no residue – only a thin polymer layer that does not accumulate and does not require rinsing.

Smell

ONR has a mulberry smell, often described as blueberry or blueberry.

Instructions for use:

• Add 1 ounce (approx. 30 ml) to 2 gallons (approx. 7,5 liters) of water in a bucket.
• Soak the sponge (e.g. Big Red Sponge) and wash one section of the car.
• Dry immediately with a microfiber towel.
• If the surface has dried, wash again and dry.
• Note: Very soiled surfaces may need to be washed again before drying.
• Dilution ratio (Product / Water):
• Washing: 1 oz / 2 gallons
• Clay Lubricant: 2 oz / 1 gallon
• Quick Detailer: 8 oz / 1 gallon
