The amount of meat administered should be adjusted according to the age, weight and activity level of the dog.

The following values are indicative daily recommendations:

Young and adult dogs with moderate activity

Give 2 to 3% of your dog’s body weight daily.

Examples:

• Dog 20 kg → 400 – 600 g of meat per day
• Dog 30 kg → 600 – 900 g meat per day

High-activity adult dogs (sports and working)

Give 4 to 5% of your dog’s body weight and, if necessary, even more, depending on the intensity of work and energy requirements.

Examples:

• Dog 25 kg → 1 – 1,25 kg meat per day
• Dog 30 kg → 1,2 – 1,5 kg meat per day

⚪ How to safely introduce a new diet?

To avoid unpleasant ailments, it is worth introducing a new diet gradually, giving the digestive system time to adapt.

Days 1-3 → 75% of the existing feed + 25% of the new

Days 4-6 → 50% of the existing feed + 50% of the new

Days 7-9 → 25% of the existing feed + 75% of the new

Day 10 → 100% new feed

Each dog is different, so watch your pet and adjust the pace of change to his needs. If you notice any disturbing symptoms, slow down the transition to a new diet.
