Preparation method:

1. Before you start preparing a meal, wash your hands thoroughly. Make sure the dishes you use are perfectly clean.
2. Bring the drinking water to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Measure the appropriate amount of water (150 ml) and pour into the baby's bowl. The water temperature must not be higher than 40 °C.
4. Add 45 g = 6 tablespoons porridge. Use a clean and dry spoon.
