Bronze BOPP packing tape with a length of 100 m is a solid solution for securing cartons and shipments. Made of durable BOPP film, it provides high resistance to stretching and breaking. The glue solvent (based on natural rubber) guarantees very strong adhesion, also on recycled cartons, at low temperatures and with dusty surfaces. The tape is perfect for warehouse, online store and transport.

Strip length: 100 m

Our packing tape with a length of up to 100 m is much more than the standard rolls available on the market. With more material on one roll, you don’t have to replace the tape as often when packing your shipments — saving you time and fewer interruptions. Compared to the popular 50 m or 66 m tapes, which end quickly with a large number of packages, our 100 m roll provides greater efficiency and a better price-to-quantity ratio. It is an ideal solution for online stores, warehouses and intensive packaging in the office or home.

Material of our tape: BOPP

BOPP and OPP are polypropylene films, but BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene) is stretched in two directions, thanks to which it is characterized by much greater strength, tensile resistance and stability. For this reason, BOPP is the most commonly used and better material in packing tapes, especially for securing cartons and shipments. OPP (one-way oriented) is less robust and mainly used in lighter, budgetary tapes.

Type of adhesive: Solvent (acrylic)

The packing tape is made of solvent-based solvent (natural rubber), which is characterized by very high adhesive strength and excellent adhesion to various surfaces, including recycled cardboard, rough and dusty surfaces. Solvent adhesive retains its properties at both low and high temperatures, thanks to which the tape works well in demanding warehouse and transport conditions.

Compared to acrylic (water) glue, solvent adhesive provides stronger and immediate bonding, especially with short pressure. Acrylic is more eco-friendly, but it performs worse at low temperatures and on poorer quality cardboard. In turn, glue hot-melt (synthetic rubber) offers good initial adhesion, but is less resistant to extreme temperatures and long-term storage.

⚠ Note: the solvent adhesive used is not an eco-solvent adhesive – it contains organic solvents, which translates into its very high adhesive efficiency, but at the same time means that the product is not classified as ecological.
