✅ No, the TERRAINA S series is completely cableless (Wire-Free). The limits of the robot’s work are determined virtually using a mobile application, guiding the device along the edge of the lawn during the first configuration.
2. Does the robot need a GPS signal or RTK base station for navigation?
✅ No, these robots are not dependent on GPS satellite signals or external RTK transmitters, which often fail under trees or near buildings. The device uses proprietary 3D LiDAR SLAM and Vision Fusion (VSLAM) technology, thanks to which it “sees” the environment and creates dense 3D point clouds for precise positioning.
3. How does a robot deal with obstacles such as toys or animals?
✅ The robots are equipped with an intelligent OA MASTER system that combines data from LiDAR, AI cameras and collision sensors. This allows you to detect and bypass objects as high as 3 cm without having to hit them.
4. What happens when it starts to rain?
✅ The DCK TERRAINA mowing robot (both the S and E series) is equipped with an intelligent rain sensor that allows it to react autonomously to changing weather conditions. When the device detects precipitation, it automatically stops working and returns to the charging station

✅ The KDRM210 (S 1000) is designed for lawns up to 1000 m², while the KDRM220 (S 2000) will handle an area up to 2000 m². The maximum mowing capacity is about 200 m²/h.
7. How does a robot cope with hills in the garden?
✅ The TERRAINA S series has a rear-wheel drive with high grip, which allows you to efficiently overcome slopes of up to 45% (24°). Intelligent algorithms prevent wheels from rolling or bubbling on inclines.
8. Is the robot protected against theft?
✅ Yes, the device has a multi-level protection system: lock with PIN code, tracker GPS to the location of the device and association with a unique user account, which prevents its use by an unauthorized person.
9. How many zones can I divide my garden into?
✅ The S-series robots allow you to manage up to 14 separate mowing zones. For each zone, you can set an individual work schedule, cutting height and preferred driving patterns (e.g. parallel mowing).
