DESCRIPTION OF THE SET

Professional set for unassembly and reassembly of car headlights, which combines precision pliers, high-quality butyl glue and liquid for unassembly of headlights glued to hard glue.

It is a complete solution for workshops, painters, lighting services and DIYers who value accuracy, durability and comfort of work.

• The pliers allow you to safely and precisely separate the lampshade from the headlight housing, without the risk of damaging it.
• Butyl adhesive provides a flexible, tight and durable bond, resistant to weathering, UV and temperature changes.
• Headlight Unfolding Liquid is a professional solvent for hard adhesives that softens the weld and makes it easier to separate elements – just a small amount is enough to effectively unravel even two headlights.

Method of use

1. WHOLE The headlamp should be heated at 90-100 °C for 5-10 minutes (depending on the temperature, the lower the temperature, the longer you need to heat). If you are unable to heat the headlamp to such a temperature (90-100 °C), the SOLVENT WILL NOT WORK! HEATING WITH A HEAT GUN DOES NOT HELP. IF THE LIQUID DOES NOT WORK, IT MEANS THAT THE REFLECTOR HAS NOT BEEN SUFFICIENTLY HEATED,
2. If we get the right temperature, we remove the headlight,
3. With a sharp screwdriver we try to separate the glue from the housing,
4. If the headlight gets cold, it should be reheated for the liquid to work,
5. We inject the liquid slowly,
6. With pliers we try to slowly separate the lampshade from the housing.
