Set the bench exactly as you need it

The GRIND bench allows you to precisely adjust the position to the type of exercise – the backrest with 8-stage adjustment can be set flat, at a positive or negative angle.

They are complemented by an adjustable seat with four levels of inclination, a leg stabilizer covered with a soft sponge and a contoured knee element that support the body during training. If you need more freedom, the backrest headrest can be easily removed.

GRIND will work well with various exercises – you can squeeze flat and bevel, make crunches, work with dumbbells, lift legs or use resistance rubbers.

Angle adjustments and stabilizers allow you to easily adjust the setting to your specific movement.

Position setting

In the GRIND model, you can adjust the position to each chest exercise, and thanks to the 8-stage backrest adjustment, you can set the bench flat, at a positive or negative angle.

The adjustable seat and leg stabilizer with soft sponge give you stable support, while the contoured knee piece supports your figure during movement. You can also remove the headrest and lower stabilizer for more freedom.

Chest training

GRIND is great for exercises with dumbbells that engage the chest muscles. You can change the angle of inclination and work precisely on different parts of the body.

Shoulder muscle training

Bending the forearm with a dumbbell in a sitting position is one of the basic exercises for biceps. GRIND will provide stable support and the right elbow position so that you can focus on accurate movement without unnecessary overloads.

Shoulder and back training

Thanks to the stable design of the bench, it is easier to maintain the correct posture while paddling in support or other shoulder and back exercises.

Abdomen muscle training

Exercises for abdominal muscles, such as crunches or tensions, can be performed with the right setting of the backrest and stabilizers. GRIND allows you to choose the position so that the training is effective and comfortable.

Materials

The seat and backrest in the GRIND bench are covered with durable, easy-to-clean upholstery that withstands intense workouts well. The dense foam filling provides comfortable support without feeling collapsed.

The leg stabilizer is equipped with soft, deformation-resistant sponges that adhere well to the body and do not cause discomfort during longer exercises.
