How to use Rego Rapid Recovery Zip SIS 500g:

Add 50 g (approx. 3 full scoops) to 500 ml of water and stir well. The product is intended for consumption within 30 minutes after physical activity. It is not intended to be mixed with milk, as this will reduce the rate of absorption.
