🎨 COLOR/RESISTANCE SELECTION

The color of the tape is selected to the individual level of muscle strength of the exerciser - preferably one that allows you to freely perform 15 repetitions of a given exercise. Red tape works most often in post-traumatic rehabilitation, in the elderly and in preventive exercises for women.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND PRECAUTIONS

• - The product is not a toy - children practice only under the care of adults
• - Consult your doctor or physiotherapist before starting an exercise program
• - Never stretch the tape beyond 300% of its length
• - Avoid exercises in which a tight tape could retract ("rejection") towards the head - protective glasses are recommended for such exercises
• - Stop exercising in case of pain, shortness of breath or dizziness
• - Avoid contact with sharp edges, rings, long nails or rough surfaces - they can damage or tear the tape
• - People who are allergic to latex should use latex-free tapes
• - Store rolled up, in a box, away from direct sun and heat sources
• - Dirty tape can be washed with soap and water and dried flat
