Bamix in practice

Speed

Bamix® blenders have two blade rotation speeds, when shredding hard products and large quantities, we recommend working at the second speed. For liquid ingredients in small quantities as well as for the preparation of products with a light and fluffy consistency, e.g. whipped cream, mayonnaise should use speed number I.

Whipping

Place the Bamix® blender mixing cap vertically on the bottom of the mixing container. After a few seconds of work, tilt the tip at a slight angle and make slow up-down movements. Then place the tip again on the bottom of the container and whisk the product until it is properly consistencyd and stiff.

Rotational movements

When shredding, make gentle, slow rotational movements around the container, do not use force. Repeat the process until you get the right consistency.

Tip: Cover the container with your hand to prevent splashing.

Shredding

Set the tip of the Bamix® blender at a slight angle, turn on and stir very slowly.

Tip: Before removing the mixing tip from the shredded products, turn off the blender to prevent splashing.

Rules of use

Storage

Dismantle parts of the blender (blade, beater, whisk) after each use.

For mixing use high containers, they are more suitable for working with Bamix®.

 

The perfect mayonnaise every time

Use the Bamix® container and the mayonnaise will have the perfect consistency every time. The container can also be used to store the product. Be sure to get the best effect you should use eggs stored at room temperature.

Liquids

If you want to mix the liquid, dip the Bamix® tip before turning on the blender.

Easy cleaning

To avoid sticking and drying products to the blades, wash the Bamix® blender immediately after finishing work. For larger dirt, dip the blender tip into a container of warm water and a few drops of dishwashing liquid then turn on the device for a few seconds.
