Important note.

The condition for stable fastening is the correct installation of according to the instructions, including the use of appropriate bushings and tightening the correct screws, especially those for the Allen key. The bushings can be seen on the clipping from the instructions below.

Occasionally, but it happens that someone, for example: does not insert the sleeve into the hole, screws the screw into the plastic itself, and then states completely rightly in this situation that the handle does not hold the declared load, slides out, bends, is "very flaccid", etc. And in the case of return or complaint, we can see that either not those necessary elements were screwed together, or most often, the screws were improperly tightened without the use of the aforementioned bushings, forcefully screwed into the plastic itself (there are holes in the plastic). That's not how it's supposed to be. The instruction explains this exhaustively, you only need to strictly follow it.
