Mattress FLEXI VISCO PREMIUM is a soft model in the hardness scale H1/H2 - this side of the model has a 3 cm layer of thermoplastic mat, which allows even distribution of body weight preventing the formation of pressure points and supporting those parts of the spine that require it. It also prevents bedsores. The visco site has a hardness of H2. The other side is foam with a weight of T18kg/m3. This foam is soft and flexible. Like any polyurethane foam, it has a concise structure, yet provides good air and thermal regulation. In other words - when you lie down on a mattress that has been equipped with visco foam, its shape will adapt to the shape of your body, it will fit perfectly. Therefore, the original use of foam was prophylaxis of bedridden people, because this foam prevents the formation of pressure ulcers in a very good way.

Hence, mattresses with visco foam are recommended for people who like a slightly higher temperature.

Visco foam 3 cm - is an element of the mattress produced on the basis of polyurethane, which is additionally enriched with measures ensuring adequate elasticity. A characteristic feature of this type of material is that when subjected to temperature, its impermanent deformation occurs.

This model differs from the Flexi Visco model primarily Visco foam produced in the latest Dubble Foam technology, which makes the foam twice foaming, and thus more resistant to deformation. This technique has received awards in increasing the quality of components for the production of mattresses.

Additionally, our mattresses are produced in the proprietary technology SOFT~TOUCH®, developed by "MATERACE Z GÓR", which consists in the appropriate matching of foam in the ovation process maximizing the comfort sphere. The appropriate technique of selecting the thickness of the ovate to the components from which the mattress is produced is crucial in its subsequent use and increases its service life. This technology works on the principle of double insulation; in addition, SOFT~TOUCH® technology provides different levels of hardness that a given mattress model has.

Attention! The criterion for choosing a mattress that we propose concerns only weight, while people with subjective needs can freely maneuver the hardness of the mattress.

It is important that: people over 60kg do not choose mattresses with a hardness of H1, because this will shorten the life of the mattress.

How to properly unpack the mattress?

1. Put the rolled mattress on a flat surface – preferably on a bed or floor.
2. Remove the first layer of film (the outer layer). Do this gently so as not to cut the cover.
3. When the mattress develops, cut the vacuum film – preferably with scissors, guiding them flat so as not to damage the cover.
4. The mattress will begin to self-expand and take on air.
5. Leave it flat for 24 to 72 hours to reach full height and hardness.
6. The mattress can be used after it reaches a minimum of 80% of the heightIf the mattress was vacuum packed, it should be opened immediately.
7. Each mattress is produced under your order, so you have a guarantee that the mattresses are not dependent or made of outdated foams. This huge plus can cause a post-production smell to appear for several days that will disappear up to 72H.
8. The colors of the marshmallows are illustrative. The manufacturer reserves a size tolerance of +/-2 cm.
