The MICRO MIG 235 DUAL PULSE welding machine, thanks to the possibility of changing the polarity of welding, enables welding with self-shielding wire without gas.

Setting the parameters of the device is done using the control panel on which the displays and control knobs are placed. The above solution allows easy and quick setting and reading of all welding parameters.

MICRO MIG 235 DUAL PULSE enables wire work in the diameter range 0.8 - 1.2mm. Built-in two-roll feeder, ensures stable feeding of welding wire. Light weight and dimensions make it a handy welding device.

Thanks to this, the Micro Mig 235 semi-automatic welding machine makes the work even more dynamic, which translates into the effectiveness of the activities performed.

IGBT TECHNOLOGY

Modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an isolated gate. It combines the ease of control of field transistors with high breakdown voltage and the speed of switching bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology has an impact on significantly extending the reliable operation of welding equipment.

PROTECTION AGAINST OVERHEATING

The IGBT module is protected from overheating by a protective installation that turns off the welding circuit of the device. After a few minutes, the welding machine is cooled to a temperature allowing it to be switched on again.

WORK CYCLE

The work cycle is based on a 10-minute period. The 60% duty cycle means that a 4-minute break is required after 6 minutes of operation of the device. The 100% duty cycle means that the device can work continuously, without interruptions.

MMA

A method in which a wrapped electrode is used, consisting of a metal core covered with a sheath. The device allows welding with all types of electrodes, e.g. alkaline, cellulose, rutile or acidic.

MIG PULSE

Advanced form of welding, which uses the best of the forms of transfer of molten electrode material to the welded object. Unlike short circuits, impulse welding does not produce splashes or threaten with cold “infiltration”.

By cooling the spray arc process, the pulsed MIG is able to extend the welding range, and a smaller heat input does not cause a problem with burning thin materials. MIG PULSE is one of the best welding processes for a wide range of metal applications and types.

FLASH DOUBLE PULSE

The MIG/MAG method with double pulse allows you to adjust the current pulsation (pulse balance) and adjust the wire feed speed. Thanks to this, we improve the appearance of the weld. When welding with the MIG/MAG double pulse method, current pulses occur in two ranges.

REGULATION OF INDUCTANCE

It allows you to optimize arch characteristics depending on the thickness of the welded element and the welding method and conditions. The function is useful during MIG/MAG welding of thin elements, preventing them from burning out and soldering galvanized elements.

2T/4T

2T - Pressing the welding torch button will cause the gas to pre-flow, then ignite the arc and start welding. When the button is released, the arc will be extinguished and the gas will flow out.

4T - Pressing and releasing the welding torch button will cause the gas to pre-flow, then the arc to glow and start welding. After pressing and releasing the button again, the arc will be extinguished and the gas will flow out.

TIG DC LIFT

In the TIG method, the electric arc is ignitioned in an inert gas (argon) shield between the welded element and the non-melting electrode, made of pure tungsten or tungsten with additives. .

SOLDERING

After selecting the type of CuSi wire, the device enables soldering, mainly used in the automotive industry to connect galvanized sheets.

SPOT WELDING SPOT

Time welding function, used to attach details, thanks to which an equal length of welding welds can be obtained.

S2T/S4T

S2T - two-tact special - after pressing the button, the gas will flow out at the time set by the user and the welding arc will glow. The arc voltage at the start will be increased and will drop to the value of the main welding current at the set time.

After releasing the button, the current will drop to the final current value. Then the arc will expire and shielding gas will flow out at the set time.

S4T - four-point special - after pressing and releasing the button, the gas will flow out at the time set by the user and the welding arc will glow. The arc voltage at the start will be increased and will drop to the value of the main welding current at the set time.

After pressing and releasing the button again, the current will drop to the value of the final current. Then the arc will expire and shielding gas will flow out at the set time.

EURODISCONNECTION

Standard welding torch connection that allows you to connect various types of torches (e.g. prepared for welding Aluminum or Soldering by replacing the Teflon cartridge and current tip).

Easy-to-use control panel enables precise and smooth adjustment of parameters. The digital display indicates the actual current during welding.

COOLING
