Welder MEGA MIG 315 LCD SYNERGY DUAL PULS microprocessor controlled,was made on the basis of IGBT inverter technology for MIG/MAG welding,MIG/MAG with pulse, MIG/MAG with double pulse, soldering wires with a diameter of 0,8-1,2mm or FLUX (without gas shield),for welding with electrodes wrapped with direct current (DC) and TIG method with direct current contact arc ignition (TIG DC LIFT) of carbon steels,stainless, alloy, titanium, magnesium, copper, cast iron and aluminum.

MEGA MIG 315 has 37 synergistic work programs, material separation, inductance adjustment, handle operation mode 2-bar/4-bar/S2-bar/S4-bar/point welding, gas outflow time adjustment before and after welding, wire initial speed adjustment, wire burning, input and end current intensity and voltage adjustment, spot welding parameter adjustment. It allows welding of aluminum with a thickness of 1-14,2mm, steel 0,6-16mm, stainless steel 0,6-13mm, soldering 1-10mm. Inside the welding machine there is a 4-roll wire feeder with a roller, which allows you to attach a spool up to 15kg/300mm.

MiG welding with pulse and double pulse is great for welding aluminum alloys

Double pulsation MIG welding is particularly applicable for welding aluminium and its alloys. Thanks to the use of a double pulse, with the appropriate setting of parameters, we obtain the possibility of obtaining a weld much more visually and qualitatively beautiful compared to the conventional MIG method. Correctly made by MIG method with double pulsation, the weld is aesthetically and qualitatively similar to the one obtained during welding by TIG AC method. The difference is that during MIG welding with double pulse we achieve much higher efficiency, and the welding process itself is much simpler than TIG welding.

The benefits of using the MIG MAG method with double pulse are:

• provides high aesthetics comparable to TIG method. causes less deformation of the welded material than by TIG method.
