TECNO MIG 377PT PULSE LCD Black Series 4x4 is an inverter, synergic semi-automatic welding machine designed for arc welding using MIG/MAG, MMA, TIG LIFT and soldering galvanized sheets. The device is designed for use in professional and workshop use.

The device has fifteen synergistic MIG/MAG welding modes (including PULSE and DOUBLE PULSE).

TECNO MIG 377PT PULSE is used for soldering galvanized sheets, welding stainless steel, carbon and low alloy steels and aluminum. Welding is carried out in an inert gas, active gas or mixture shield, and with reverse polarity without gas.

Thanks to the use of pulsation MIG, the amount of heat introduced into the welded element is increased. It is possible to obtain a better weld, regardless of the welding position and reduce the amount of spatter.

With MIG/MAG methods, we can choose the button mode in the handle, between SPOT (point welding), 2-bar (without lock), 4-bar (button lock for long welds), S2-bar and S4-bar.

The clear and easy-to-use LCD display allows precise adjustment of welding parameters in manual mode (MIG MAN) and synergic mode (MIG SYN):

In the MIG/MAG method there are also pulse modes (PULSE, DP), which additionally include such functions as:

The device also has a pulsation adjustment in TIG Lift mode and HOT START or ARC FORCE adjustment in MMA mode.

HOT START: hot start adjustment (manual) - facilitates the ignition of the electrode by providing more welding current with each arc.

ARC FORCE: adjustment of welding arc stabilization, reducing the number of chippings

ANTI STICK: anti-short-circuit - automatically turns off the welding voltage if the electrode sticks to the welded material, which facilitates its detachment and prevents the accidental formation of a welding arc

VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) function - reduces the resting voltage of the idle state on the electrode to a safe value. Provides shock safety when working in humid environments.

The device has an extensive system of recording and reading welding parameters (JOB function). This makes it easier to work on different materials, without having to re-position the device, with any changes (e.g. gas or wire).
