Synergistic welding machine DIGIMIG 200 MTM is used for manual welding of steel and non-ferrous metals. It enables welding using MMA (wrapped electrode), TIG, TIG with pulse, and MIG/MAG methods. Regulation of inductance also allows for soldering of thin sheets. Spot welding is possible in the TIG and MIG methods. During welding using the MIG/MAG method, synergistic settings are used, simplifying operation and allowing the use of the welding machine by people with less experience and hobbyists. A wide range of welding voltage correction allows you to apply your own settings. Thanks to the change of polarity, the device allows welding using the MIG/MAG method using both standard wires in the protective gas shield and self-shielding powder wires.

The device is made in IGBT technology allowing for a significant reduction in weight and dimensions of the welding machine and an increase in efficiency while reducing energy consumption. The welding machine is used in closed or covered rooms, not exposed to direct atmospheric influences.

Digital control allows full adjustment of parameters, arc dynamics, characteristics and manual or synergistic operating mode in the MIG/MAG method. The use of synergistic settings for ordinary steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloys in the welding machine significantly simplifies its operation and allows for use by people with less experience and hobbyists.

During MMA welding, you can adjust the functions of HOT START, ARC FORCE and disable VRD.

The welder allows the use of several operating modes including the option of spot welding. The device has the memory of the last setting, i.e. after turning it off and re-enabling it, the last set parameters are restored. It is also possible to remember 10 sets of settings with easy access to the save/playback mode of the program.
