SpinTor 240 SC Twój Ogród 12 ml is an insecticide in the form of a concentrate for aqueous suspension. It is designed to control selected pests in vegetable, fruit and under cover crops.

The preparation acts contact, gastrointestinal and ovicidal. On the plant, it acts surface and deep, with the deep action affecting young leaves.

The active substance is spinosad 240 g/l, or spinosyn A and spinosyn D. The agent is obtained by fermentation of the bacteria Saccharopolyspora spinosa.

Effective insecticide for selected crops

SpinTor 240 SC Twój Ogród is an insecticide designed to control selected biting and foraging pests in vegetable, fruit and under cover crops.

The preparation is in the form of a concentrate, which must be diluted with water before use. The usable liquid prepared in this way is used with a hand sprayer.

For potato steed

SpinTor 240 SC can be used in potato to control potato larvae. The procedure is performed on the youngest stages of development of larvae.

The recommended dose for potatoes is 1,0 to 1,5 ml per 100 m², with water 1,5 to 4 l per 100 m². The maximum number of treatments per season is 3, with an interval of at least 14 days.

For eagles and stigma cabbage

The preparation will work well in brassica crops, such as white head cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, kale and kohlrabi. Fights selected caterpillars, m.in. cabbage white, rapeseed eagle and cabbage stigma.

The procedure should be performed on the youngest stages of caterpillar development or after noticing the first damage to plants.

For thrips

SpinTor 240 SC can be used against thrips in selected crops. This applies to m.in. cabbage, onions, season, chives, garlic, tomato, cucumber, peppers, eggplant and selected crops under cover.

In the case of thrips, the procedure is performed at the beginning of colonization of the plant by the pest, when the first larvae and adults appear or after noticing the first damage.

For a spotted fly in fruits

The agent can be used in selected berry crops against mackerel fly and pink thrips. This applies to m.in. Blueberries, gooseberries, currants, cranberries, strawberries, raspberries and blackberries.

The treatment is performed from the phase of flower buds to the end of fruit ripening, with a withdrawal period.

Contact, gastric and ovicidal effects

SpinTor 240 SC works on contact and gastrointestinal pests. This means that it works both after the pest comes into contact with the usable liquid and after taking the agent during foraging.

The preparation also has an ovicidal effect. On the plant, it acts surface and deep, with the deep action affecting young leaves.

For use with a hand sprayer

The product is intended for use with hand sprayers. When spraying, it is necessary to thoroughly cover the entire plant with usable liquid, also paying attention to the lower side of the leaves.

The procedure is best performed at temperatures from 8°C to 25°C. In crops under cover, the procedure should be performed in the evening.
