Innovative BLACK STONE Pots and Pans are cookware made with die-cast technology, meaning they are crafted from cast aluminum. This is the most durable material, resistant to deformation, temperature changes, and long-term use. The interior is coated with a modern, three-layer, non-stick GREBLON® granite coating. This coating, with its unique rough surface, allows for easier and better preparation of breaded dishes compared to traditional flat surfaces. Thanks to innovative technology that reduces the coating to three layers, BLACK STONE products excel at conducting and retaining heat. They can be used on all types of stovetops, and the full induction disc at the base increases energy efficiency by approximately 40%.

The included lid is made of tempered glass with a silicone rim. Furthermore, the lid has a metal handle, allowing it to be safely placed in the oven with the pot.

Due to the combined materials used (solid aluminum body, Greblon® coating, and heat-resistant silicone lacquer), the pot is a single, solid piece similar to cast iron cookware, but significantly lighter and therefore more comfortable to use. All of this makes the BLACK STONE pot an All-In-One cookware, meaning you can fry like on a pan, stew, bake like in a casserole dish, and even bake cakes in one pot, in addition to boiling.

An additional benefit is the ability to bake the pots in the oven up to a temperature not exceeding 240°C, and fry dishes like any pan from the Zwieger brand.

Includes additional silicone handles to protect against burns. The lid fits the pot perfectly with a silicone rim and special steam vents.
