The Duetto+ line is made from high-quality 18/10 stainless steel, ensuring that it is resistant to corrosion and retains its bright color and shine for years to come. Plus, the thick Impact Bonding induction bottom ensures that the pots will last for years to come.

Ingredients (for 4 servings):

• 1 large broccoli (approx. 500 g)
• 1 potato
• 1 onion
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
• 1 l vegetable or poultry broth
• 100 ml cream 30% (optional)
• salt, pepper to taste

Preparation:

1. Divide the broccoli into roses, peel the potato and cut into cubes, onions and garlic chop.
2. In a pot, heat butter/oil, fry onions and garlic.
3. Add the potato and broccoli, pour the broth. Cook ok. 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
4. Mix the whole into a smooth cream.
5. Season with salt and pepper, finally you can add cream for a more delicate taste.

Serve with croutons or roasted sunflower seeds.

Ingredients (for 4 servings):

• 1 cup rice (e.g. arborio or ordinary)
• 300 g chicken fillet
• 1 onion
• 1 carrot
• 1 pepper
• 2 cups vegetable/poultry broth
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• salt, pepper, Provencal herbs
• grated cheese (parmesan or yellow) to sprinkle

Preparation:

1. Cut chicken into cubes, onions and vegetables into small cubes.
2. In a pot, heat the olive oil, fry the chicken and onions.
3. Add the rice, fry for a while.
4. Toss carrots, peppers, spices and pour broth.
5. Cook on low heat ok. 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice absorbs the liquid.
6. Sprinkle with grated cheese and serve immediately.
