Method of use

Mix one portion (28 g = 2 heaping spoons) of the product with 250 ml of water. On training days, consume one serving in the morning after waking up and one serving immediately after training. On non-workout days, consume one serving in the morning and one in the afternoon.

Use by pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers and people allergic to any of the ingredients of the product is not recommended.
